  • Management of vendor arrivals, setup, and communication

  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise

Ceremony & Reception Coordination

  • Cueing of the wedding party, officiant, and musicians

  • Ensuring the ceremony flow runs smoothly and on time

  • Managing transitions before and after the ceremony

  • Oversseeing timeline (grand entrance, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Coordinating with the DJ/MC, the caterer, and other vendors

  • Ensuring smooth transitions throughout the event

Personal Assistance

  • Assistance with small details (fluffing the dress, placing the bouquet, etc.)
